Better than "good old fashioned service", these guys really do business well... from their communication, fast turn-around, excellent service and competitive pricing, they really can't be beat! You can even track their arrival on your phone so they don't waste an once of your time. I am rebuilding my home so I got them out to remove a few trees and grind the stumps down. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Touchwood Tree Services highly enough. We had other quotes that were more expensive and were very lacklustre in their impression as a business. When we received our initial booking we immediately were provided with comprehensive information, prompt service and follow-up. The price quoted was certainly competitive with other quotes but that wasn't the main reason why I chose Touchwood for the job. That was primarily because of the way, from beginning to end, Jack and the team and Amii at the office all dealt with the job. Brendan has been pruning and removing trees around my house for about 20 years. He is always reliable, cheerful and friendly, always listens carefully to what I want to have done (and checks that I am fully satisfied before he finishes), always works with full safety equipment and ropes, and always ensures that branches are lowered slowly by rope when necessary to protect garden beds and lawn below. With reasonable rates, what more could anyone want?

Brendan was very professional right from the beginning of the process of giving quote through to actual doing the job. After explaining my pruning requirement; Brendan explained what processes he will be going through in doing the actual job. I was impressed. I considered the quote was very reasonable. If you need any tree services done I can not recommend these guys enough! From the first email I sent requesting a quote they were quick to respond. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our tree was removed today and there were no issues. Brendan even happily gave me some advice to prevent the tree from growing again.
